Where else but in America are you going to see anything like this? See video above. The mania for elective plastic surgery (as well as tattooing) for each body part has reached unprecedented levels, so much so it's hard to believe that, at one point, plastic surgery was primarily on offer as a service to the burned and physically impaired in order to improve their quality of life. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons says that over 16 billion dollars was spent on plastic surgery in 2018, up 4% from the year before.

Why have surgeons been empowered to do these risky procedures? Money. Big money. Notwithstanding, once these people become sick from all the chemical injections (and they will, we just don't know when) and surgical mishaps and incurring repercussions, who will be responsible for the high cost of their reconstructive and reparation surgery? Why have surgeons been given the approval by the American Medical Association to perform these dangerous operations? Even the ever-talented but egotistically sickening Dr. Debrow of Botched fame has ruined his face with fillers and botox. He wasn't bad looking before but if he wants to return to his natural state, how about vacuum aspiration? Who knew that he was the dumb one in his shallower-than-a-dugout-canoe marriage?  

Some of the biggest promoters of plastic surgery? The Kardashian sisters. I hope Kim Kardashian's ass putrefies with all the silly putty it contains and falls off. Serve her right for all the bathroom shots of her photoshopped ass I suffer every time I open a news page. I'd like to be spared this torture. She started the photoshopped ass-in-the-bathroom trend, yet isn't this supposed to be the age of #MeToo and moving out and beyond the tits and ass arena and elevating our status? And to think, all this cheap fame the result of a sex video she made with some creep she was dating who then down-loaded it on to youtube.  Message to Kim:  Put your ass on hold and give us a break already!
