You wouldn't be criticized if you thought this was the picture of a happily married couple. This photo was posted to Facebook just weeks before Shanann was cruelly murdered, along with her two daughters, by the man who swore to love and protect her, her husband Chris Watts.
This man strangled his wife with his bare
hands, not in an uncontrolled rage as he had claimed, but deliberately
and viciously for at least 2 minutes. He then suffocated his young daughters Bella and
Celeste, two and four years old. He then backed
his vehicle in to the driveway, loaded up the bodies in three grocery bags before driving them to his work site, a place he suspected they'd never be found.
He then buried his wife in a shallow grave before stuffing his daughters into half-filled oil tanks. Evidently, he really had to work at getting his daughter's head through the opening of the tank.
Chris Watts had another love interest, but instead of just divorcing his wife and letting them go, he had to suffocate and throw them down an oil well. Did he think no one would find out? He didn't even have a cover story. It's sometimes unbelievable what you see on Facebook, so don't get all depressed at the happy life everyone is living except you.
